build: Add buildbot/suppressed_warnings.txt

Add a warning suppression file for buildbot (http://buildbot.net) so
we can start doing continous automated testing and nightly builds
eventually.
build/buildbot/suppressed_warnings.txt [new file with mode: 0644] blob
Unnamed repository; edit this file 'description' to name the repository.
